Parisian style is feminine, chic, understated and flowy. Do you want to know how I ended up choosing this outfit? I thought it will be fun to capture my thought process for creating this look.. Ok fine I did not have a theme for this post so I made one. Deal with it 🙈

Hmmm what should I wear for this post? Man I am completely blank on the theme for this post. Does this happen with other bloggers too? 😕 They all better be struggling!! Mon shut up, don’t be mean. Ok now think think. What can be the theme? Maybe I don’t need a theme. You have had too many themes in past few blogs. Why am I saying the word theme again and again? 👀

Let’s check what I have in my wardrobe. Ahh so many dresses that I want to wear but my waxing appointment isn’t until next week! Stupid body hair. 😠 Ok what else, what else? *getting distracted* What kind of shirt is this? What the hell was I thinking when I bought it? Oh that’s a cute jacket. Hmmm fall come fast. *spent next 30 min doing this*

Okay Mon stop procrastinating and pick up something! Oooo this culotte is nice. Hmm maybe I can go for a Parisian kind of look. Let me google to be sure Parisian style is what I think it is.. Flowy, feminine, chic.. Not bad Mon. You sure are becoming a legit fashion blogger. *smile smile*. Ohh this flowy white shirt looks nice. Why don’t I wear it more often? Culottes + white top = creative explosion! Let me grab my always-on-repeat heels to add a pop of color. Maybe not completely Parisian but definitely totally me 🙈

Do Parisian woman have fluffy/frizzy hair? Hmmm maybe not. Ok fine I’ll use the straightener that has been gathering dust from forever. 😁  Shit my hair is burning.. woof woofff. Am I a dog? Why am I woofing! Well dogs are cute. *opens laptop and watches cute dog video for 15 min* . Get back to straightening your god damn hair girl!

Here come’s my favorite part. Makeup time. *quick dance*. 💃🏽 I definitely want pink lips.. Swish swish lipstick done. Ohh I love smokey eyes. Let me quickly watch a youtube video. How difficult can it be!? Ok that looks easy breezy. Let me follow along. *after 10 min* . Wow I managed to accentuate my dark circles even further.. *curses and shuts  the laptop with anger*. New plan! Let me use my crayon eyeshadow. Simple and easy! Not bad. Eyes look good. Blush blush and I am all done. Now let’s grab a handbag. BUT I DON’T HAVE ANY CUTE CLUTCHES! *emotions fluctuate from anger to sadness *. Where does all my money go? Well let me just pick up the only clutch I have and use all the time. Maybe noone will notice that I repeat almost every piece like a hundred times! 🙈

About to head out but something is missing.. Oh yah a neckpiece! Done! Monika you are ah-mazing!!

What you said about heels got me thinking – true, never seen a Parisian lady obsessed with high shoes. Hey with pumps as pretty as those and mind in a frizzy – thats totally boho Parisian 🙂

Also wanted to let you know that this happens with every blogger i suppose, specially who wants to convey a message or write a meaningful post & not just adding pictures to Instagram! We always try to find a theme and that’s how it works, coz otherwise i don’t know what to write lol!
