Palate for Style

I love birthdays! However, I am not a big fan of elaborate/huge celebrations. Take me out for a nice meal, long drive, some shopping and I am content. One thing I definitely believe in is dressing up for your big day. If you are not going to celebrate yourself, then who will?

I have always been a big fan of hats and admire people who wear them effortlessly. I was shopping at Forever 21 and stumbled upon this piece of beauty. It fit perfectly and I knew this was an indication from the  universe to go out of my comfort zone on my birthday! Haha that was a little too much but hey I like the sound of it. 🙂

Birthdays are magical because they remind you of the beauty of being alive and of all the wonderful possibilities still out there. I hope we all learn to live a little more, laugh a little more and love a little more each passing year! – Love, M
